Studio 76: Funk Disco Drums

Following the huge success of our Cassette Drums series (a love letter to the 80s) and Vinyl Drums series (capturing the raw soul of the 70s), we wanted to dig deeper into one of the most defining sounds of that era. The unmistakable rhythm of funk and disco drums. 'Studio 76: Funk Disco Drums' is our tribute to the drums that ruled the dancefloors of the 1970s. Think tight snares, punchy kicks, syncopated grooves, and the perfect amount of swing.

Our team studied the sound and feel of this genre for months before laying down a single hit, diving deep into the drum techniques, sound, groove science, and vintage textures that made those records so iconic.
