This licence explains how Catalyst Samples content can be used in your own productions.
1. Permitted use
When you purchase a Catalyst Samples pack, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the included sounds in your own music and audiovisual productions. This includes commercial releases, beats, client work, film, games, online video and other finished creative projects.
You may edit, layer, process and combine the sounds as part of those productions. No additional royalties are payable to Catalyst Samples for these permitted uses, and credit is not required.
2. What you cannot do
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or upload the source files as standalone samples, as part of another sample pack, sound library, preset collection or other reusable audio product.
You may not share your download files or download links. You must also not register the source samples themselves with Content ID or another rights-enforcement service in a way that could restrict other licensed users.
3. Ownership
Your purchase gives you a licence to use the sounds; it does not transfer ownership of the source recordings. Copyright in the original source material remains with Catalyst Samples or the relevant rights holder.
You retain the rights in your own original music and productions created using the sounds. Because Catalyst samples are licensed non-exclusively, other customers may lawfully use the same source material.
4. Digital downloads
All products are supplied digitally. Product pages describe the files included in each pack. If a download link is missing, a file is damaged, or a product does not match its description, contact hello@catalystsamples.com with your order details.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Any cancellation rights that apply to digital content are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the consent given when digital supply begins.
